How to Make a Lyre

To correspond to lessons in Greek Mythology, we’ve put together a fun activity that teaches Goose Greasers how to make a lyre (an ancient Greek instrument) out of cardboard, rubber bands, and chopsticks.

• 2 pieces of cardboard size 6.5" x 9"

• 1 piece of chipboard or the back of a cereal box

• gold paint or paint pens

• 4 medium rubber bands

• 2 sticks or a set of chopsticks

• scissors

• hot glue gun
